All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, 7robots will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.
To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).
7robots reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.
All prices indicated in this website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT, if applicable. Our Stripe payment gateway accepts multiple currencies. If the charge currency differs from the Customer’s credit card currency, the Customer may be charged a foreign exchange fee by their credit card company.
Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location. They are calculated automatically at our e-shop. You can read more about our shipping costs HERE.
